What do I actually get for the monthly fee?

Why do pages run on your server?

Speed. When I control the hosting, I can test a new headline in 20 minutes instead of waiting 2 weeks for your dev team. I can spin up a new variant, route traffic, and measure results same-day. That's how we test 3-10 variants per month instead of one page per quarter. Fast iteration = faster results.

What happens if I leave?

Your winning pages transfer to you for $1,500 per page. I migrate them to your hosting, hand over all assets, copy, and tracking setup. You own the work product — you're not locked in. The 3-month minimum gives us enough time to actually test and find what works. After that, it's month-to-month.

What about ad spend above $2,000/month?

Every package includes management of up to $2,000/month in ad spend. Above that, it's a flat 10% management fee on the additional spend. So if you're spending $5,000/month on ads, the management fee for the overage is $300 (10% of the $3,000 above the cap). Simple, transparent, no hidden fees.

Is there a minimum commitment?

3 months. That's enough time to build your first variants, run meaningful tests, collect real data, and identify a winner. Landing page testing needs at least 2-3 months of data to produce reliable results. After the initial 3 months, it's month-to-month — I keep you because it works, not because of a contract.

Do you write the copy or do I need to provide it?

I write everything. Healthcare landing page copy needs to be compliant, trustworthy, patient-centred, and conversion-focused all at once. I'll need input from you on procedures, credentials, and differentiators, but the actual writing and testing of copy variants is included in every package.

How is phone tracking set up?

Dynamic number insertion — a tracking number appears on the landing page when someone arrives from an ad. When they call, we know which ad, which keyword, and which page generated that call. The patient still reaches your normal phone system. You get data on which marketing actually drives phone calls — and in healthcare, that's where 88% of bookings happen.
